• We are by appointment only. If an established client and patient has an emergency that we feel we can handle, they will be seen before scheduled appointments otherwise we will refer you to Western Carolina Regional Animal Hospital in Flat Rock, NC

Can I schedule an appointment online?

• No, please call our office to find the best time for us to see your pet.

Do you offer grooming or boarding services?

• We do not. If it is a health concern, we do offer sanitary clips. We do not offer boarding services.

Do you accept Care Credit or other payment plans?

• We do not accept any payment plans nor Care Credit. We accept all major credit cards (except for American Express) checks from established clients, and cash. We expect services to be paid in full at time of service.
